Terms of use and purchase

These terms apply to the use of cadacademy.gr and to every purchase made through it: software licenses, hardware, E-Learning and Teams courses, monthly access and Personal Coaching. The course platform (LearnWorlds) is part of the same service and is governed by the same terms. By completing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Products and services

• Software: electronic licenses (Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, Corona, VisualARQ and more) as an authorized reseller. Use is also governed by the manufacturer's license agreement (EULA).
• Hardware: computers, monitors, peripherals and accessories, shipped by courier.
• E-Learning courses: access to video lessons on our platform.
• Teams courses: live online classes in a group, on announced dates.
• Monthly E-Learning access: access for one month; each new month is a new purchase, with no automatic billing.
• Masterclass: cannot be purchased directly; an application and consultation come first, and the terms are agreed separately.

Photos and technical specifications come from the manufacturers. We make every effort to be accurate; if an obvious error is found, we will contact you before your order is processed.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros. For software and hardware, they include 24% VAT. Training programs are provided without VAT, as stated on their page. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown in the cart before payment. The price at the time of order applies. Educational and student licenses are sold only with proof of status (student ID or certificate).

4. Order and contract

After completing your order, you receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded with this confirmation. We may decline an order in case of unavailability, an obvious pricing error or inability to verify the details; in that case, we refund any amount paid within 14 days at the latest. We issue a receipt or invoice according to the details you provide at checkout.

5. Payment methods

• Debit or credit card, through the secure Alpha Bank / Nexi environment. We neither see nor store your card details.
• Bank transfer, with the order number as the payment reference. The order is processed once the amount is credited. For an invoice, payment must be made from the account of the business being invoiced.

6. Delivery

• Software: electronically by email (key, account or activation instructions), usually within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Courses and monthly access: access to the course platform is activated within 1 business day of payment confirmation. For Teams, you also receive the class link before the group starts.
• Hardware: shipped by courier to the address you provide. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or communicated to you with the confirmation. Check the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the courier.

7. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (Law 2251/1994, as in force). The period runs from delivery for physical products and from the conclusion of the contract for services and digital content. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to sales@cadacademy.gr with your order number. You can also use the template at the end of this page.

Hardware

You return the product within 14 days of your statement, complete, with all accessories and with no damage beyond what is needed to check its nature and operation. You bear the cost of return. We refund the amount, together with the original shipping cost of the standard method, within 14 days of your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Software

Software licenses are digital content not supplied on a physical medium. By ordering, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the key is sent to you or the license is activated in your account, you lose the right of withdrawal. Until then, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Each manufacturer's policies also apply.

Courses (E-Learning, Teams) and monthly access

Courses are provided through the course platform as digital content not supplied on a physical medium. When you enroll, you immediately get access to all the material (videos, files, exercises, group material), which cannot be “returned” once you have viewed or downloaded it.

That is why, when completing your order:

• you expressly request that your access be activated before the 14-day period expires, and
• you acknowledge that upon activation of your access to the platform (account creation or course enrollment) you lose the right of withdrawal, regardless of whether you have attended any lesson (Article 3ιβ of Law 2251/1994).

This consent is confirmed in your order confirmation email. Until your access is activated, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

For live Teams classes and Personal Coaching: if a group or session does not take place or is rescheduled at our initiative, we offer you a new date or a full refund, as you prefer. A student's inability to attend a class is not grounds for a refund; at our discretion, we may transfer you to a later group.

Business customers (purchases with an invoice for business use) do not have the consumer right of withdrawal; each refund request is considered individually.

8. Warranty and defects

Hardware is covered by the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity for consumers (Law 2251/1994, as amended by Law 4967/2022), as well as any commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer. If a product develops a problem, contact us and we will guide you through repair, replacement or return, in accordance with the law. If you receive the wrong product, we replace it free of charge. For software, technical operation and updates are provided by the manufacturer; we help you with installation and activation.

9. Course platform account

Access to courses is personal. Sharing your account, or downloading, reproducing or distributing the videos and material, is not permitted. In case of a breach, we may suspend your access. The duration of access is stated on each course page. Certificates of attendance are issued as described on the program page.

10. Intellectual property

The texts, videos, exercises, files and design of the site belong to CAD ACADEMY or their respective owners. Software product names and trademarks belong to their manufacturers. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Liability

We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (network, hosting or payment providers) or by force majeure, nor for software incompatibility with the customer's system when the system requirements are stated by the manufacturer. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie policy.

13. Dispute resolution and governing law

For any complaint, please contact us first; we reply within 5 business days at the latest. As a consumer, you may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman or the General Directorate for Consumer Protection (tel. 1520). Greek law applies; the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force at the time it was placed.

Withdrawal form
