From enrollment

- 3PreparationThe day before the start: your license and instructions for installing the software on your computer.
- 4ClassesBefore the start, you receive the links to the live sessions — 5 classes with your instructor.
- 5CertificateWhen you complete the course, you receive the official certificate of attendance.
When you enroll, you get access to the software for the entire course, in the latest version. It is valid until the next group starts, and we send you installation instructions.
Online: You install the software on your computer. In person: Bring your laptop with the software already installed. If you don't have one, let us know in advance and we will provide a workstation in the classroom.

What do I need?
Online: a computer with the software installed, an internet connection and Zoom (free). In person: your laptop with the software installed.
I don't have a laptop — can I attend in person?
Yes. Let us know in advance and we will provide a workstation in the classroom.
How long is a teaching hour?
A teaching hour is 45 minutes. Each class (18:00–21:00) includes 4 teaching hours, i.e. 20 teaching hours across the course's 5 classes.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is recorded, so you can catch up on any you missed. Recordings remain available up to 1 week after the last class.
How many people are in a group?
Up to 8 in online groups and up to 6 in person, so there is room for personal guidance.
Which software license will I get?
Access to the software for the entire course, in the latest version. You receive it the day before the start, along with installation instructions, and it is valid until the next group starts.
When does a group start?
With at least 3 participants. Enrollment closes the day before the start. If the group doesn't fill, you choose: transfer to the next group or a full refund. If you prefer another plan (E-Learning or Personal Coaching), you pay the difference when it costs more; when it costs less, the difference is given to you as extra coaching hours.
Refunds
According to the terms — refunds are available before access is activated, not after.
